About New Life Cartridges
New Life Cartridges is a family owned and operated business based in Shelby, Michigan. Jim Draper is the primary business owner, who works with his wife, Julie, and a number of employees, several of whom are relatives, to serve the printing needs of West Michigan.
Our History with Ink & Toner
After 5 years of selling ink and toner and providing service to customers through another ink supplier, the opportunity presented itself for us to begin our own company in 2007. Working from the renovated basement of our home in Oceana County, we began to supply clients with ink and toner, and to offer services to keep their printers and copiers working smoothly and without interruption.
SInce that time, our business has continued to expand as new businesses, organizations, and individuals choose us as their ink and toner suppliers, and as they recommend us to their associates and friends. we are happy to help an increasing number of people save money on their ink and toner needs.
Our Mission and Motivation
Our main focus is to provide the best possible ink and toner products, value, and service to our customers.
We give God the glory for the opportunity that he has laid before us to uplift and pray for our customers as we serve them on a daily basis. We personally care about each one of them, and try to demonstrate that in our dealings with them.
New Life Cartridges currently supports four different ministries, with the goal of adding more in the future.
The basis of our operating philosophy is taken from Mark 8:36: "For what shall it profit a man if he gain the whole world and lose his own soul?"
